Designed as a headless architecture with a Laravel backend and WordPress frontend, the platform unifies eCommerce, inventory management, HR, delivery, and analytics under a single intelligent ecosystem.

This project reflects my capability to maintain, enhance, and innovate within complex business platforms—integrating scalable technologies like Shopify, Livewire, Liquid templates, and multiple payment gateways while ensuring seamless user experiences across internal and external systems as a part of Ecom Lanka Services.

One major challenge was integrating bundled product sales, allowing customers to purchase customizable tea collections. The goal was to enable flexible product grouping without affecting stock management or pricing consistency. Ensuring real-time updates across the ERP, eCommerce site, and reports demanded meticulous synchronization between the frontend and backend.
